Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Sponsors receive the highest level of recognition, with logos prominently displayed on the website, program, and proceedings. They are highlighted at both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, enjoy premium exhibition space, and are granted a 20-minute technical talk slot. Four complimentary registrations are included, along with the opportunity to distribute sponsor materials in delegate bags or digital packs. Platinum sponsors are also acknowledged in plenary slides and recognized as official supporters in the SciViD DOI-assigned proceedings.

Gold Sponsors receive large logo visibility on the website, program, and proceedings, with acknowledgment at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. They are provided a standard booth and a 10-minute technical talk slot. Two complimentary registrations are included, along with the option to provide materials for delegate packs.

Silver Sponsors receive medium-sized logo placement and acknowledgment during ceremonies. They share exhibition space at the Showcase and receive one complimentary registration. Sponsor materials may also be included in delegate packs.

Supporters receive basic recognition, with logos displayed in smaller size across official conference materials.
