MiBAN 2026 – International Conference on Microfluidics for Bio-, Agri- & NanoTech + Innovation Forum: Academia–Industry 
(Flagship SciViD Series – Brisbane, Australia, 2026) is organized by SciViD – The Publisher of Video Science, in collaboration with the NanoTRIZ Innovation Institute (Brisbane, Australia).

SciViD Publisher Pty Ltd serves as the legal and fiscal host. All registrations, contracts, and payments are administered by SciViD Publisher Pty Ltd under a non-profit, cost-recovery model. Academic partners contribute to the scientific program without financial liability.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, fees, or policies. By registering for MiBAN 2026, participants agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.

Any surplus funds from MiBAN 2026 are reinvested into open-science dissemination through SciViD Proceedings

By registering for MiBAN 2026 – International Conference on Microfluidics for Bio-, Agri- & NanoTech + Innovation Forum: Academia–Industry, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment
   • Conference registration is confirmed only after full payment of the participation fee.  
   • All payments are processed by SciViD Publisher Pty Ltd, the fiscal host of MiBAN 2026.  
   • Fees are charged on a cost-recovery, non-profit basis. Bank transfer or processing charges are the responsibility of the participant.  

2. Cancellation Policy
   • Requests for cancellation received before [insert date] will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.  
   • No refunds will be issued after this date.  
   • Participant substitutions (transfer of registration to another individual) may be accepted upon request.  

3. Program Changes
   • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice if necessary.  
   • Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.  

4. Liability
   • The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference.  
   • Travel and health insurance are the responsibility of each participant.  

5. Intellectual Property
   • Presentations, abstracts, and video articles submitted remain the intellectual property of their authors.  
   • SciViD, as the official publisher, provides DOI assignment and open dissemination through SciViD Proceedings.
